Jadd Shoes is the next generation from the original 'Suffolk Shoes' manufacturing workshop in England, a family business started by Raymond Arthur Friedman(1947-2021) in 1998, having previously begun in shoe retail and repairs of Northampton Goodyear welted shoes. Jadd, first son of Ray, took responsibility for the running of the workshop and managing large production orders for the trade.

As business has changed over the years, selling direct to the consumer is the business model many manufacturers have now adopted. Jadd Shoes directly connects the consumer to the high level of craftsmanship he is passionate about, to create the highest quality footwear of its kind in the world.
