Shipping policy

Please allow a minimum 14 working days (approx. 3 weeks) for your order to be made and dispatched. You will receive tracking information once dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for delays with postal services beyond this point.

• UK delivery - Free (via Royal Mail Tracked)
• Europe* - £10 (via Your country's postal service.)
• Rest of the world* - £22 (via Your country's postal service)

*You may also need to pay your country's VAT rate to receive your goods + a customs fee. Jadd Shoes is not a VAT registered company, so the price you see does not include tax and therefore no deductions are made at checkout for export overseas.

If you are ordering from abroad and are asked to pay customs but you refuse the parcel, the parcel will be returned back to us. We will issue a refund on receipt but we will not refund your postage.
