Desert Shoe Calf Black

Desert shoes in unlined Calf leather for a lightweight and cool summer shoe.

These are structured shoes with all the benefits of an unlined construction. Our profiled back-seam cups your heel for a secure fit, and suede counter lining adds an extra level of heel grip. The toplines are beaded by hand for a refined finish. On the inside of the shoe, the topline and eyelet facings are reinforced with an extra layer of calf leather, which completes the finished look of the shoes.

Our shoe also features asymmetric quarters, where the inside quarter sits higher than the outside, offering better support with plenty of clearance for ankle bones. 

The heel area inside the shoe is lined with suede for durable heel grip, and the toe stiffener is inserted inside the leather by a special splitting process, resulting in a durable and comfortable unlined construction.

Stitchdown lasted onto full veg. tan leather insoles, with a cushioned leather heel sock, and wooden shanks for arch support.
